Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11/24/2025
Welcome to Chainitor! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the Chainitor service operated by Totuma Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using Chainitor, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our service.
1. Chainitor Service Overview
Chainitor is a monitoring service for public blockchains. With Chainitor, you can:
- Track balances, ERC-20 token balances, number of transactions, and more features as we release them.
- Monitor any blockchain address you specify.
- View historical data for the past 14 days.
- Receive real-time alerts when your monitor crosses a threshold, and when it recovers back to good status.
Our service relies on third-party blockchain node providers (like Infura and QuickNode), email providers, and cloud services. While we work hard to keep things reliable, we can't guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy of data coming from these providers.
2. Accounts and Access
- Team accounts: You can invite other users to join your team and share monitors.
- Sign-in: We use Google Authentication or magic links by email. We do not store passwords.
- Trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel during the trial, billing will automatically begin.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
3. Payment and Billing
- Pricing: Plans are based on the number of monitors you run and how frequently they execute (down to 30 seconds with our Pro plan).
- Billing: Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
- Refunds & cancellations: Refunds are allowed according to Stripe's policies. If you cancel, your account is deactivated immediately.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Data and Privacy
- We only collect the data necessary to run the service: your name, email, organization, and monitor settings.
- We do not store private keys, API keys, or passwords.
- Login is only possible via Google Auth or magic link.
Please also review our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- We own all rights in the Chainitor platform, software, and brand.
- You own the blockchain addresses and data you provide.
- Blockchain data itself is public and belongs to no one.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Chainitor in a way that could harm or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
Chainitor relies on third-party providers for blockchain access, email delivery, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or issues caused by those services.
8. Termination and Data Retention
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
- You can export your data before termination. After 90 days, we delete remaining data from our systems.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service. By continuing to use Chainitor after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
